■Notice
- The reservation deadline is 4 days before the travel date.
- Handling charge is required if you want to make any change or cancellation 4 days before the travel date.
- Please check the details when you book. If you put the wrong information (date, number, time of flight, pickup or drop-off place, etc.) and the payment has been made, we will arrange it according to the incorrect information. In that case, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
- If our driver was trying their best to look for you, but you did not show up, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
- To make payment as early as possible is recommended. Because it takes time, sometimes several days, to confirm the price. And we will start to arrange your transfer after we verify your payment. So, early remittance is recommended.
- You need to go to a particular meeting point. We will indicate the place in the email we send afterward.
- Private transfer may be delayed or canceled due to weather and traffic/road conditions. In such situations, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
- The fee may change depending on the high or low season.
■Change・Cancellation Policy

- If any changes or cancellation is needed, please send an email to (info@nv-ae.com). Please kindly mention your booking ID when you send an email.
- If changes or cancellations are needed on the travel date or one day before, please call +81-(0)11-252-9966 (Japan 9 am-6 pm). Please kindly mention your booking ID on the phone.
- We would count the number of the date according to the Japanese time zone.
- If you would like to change your booking during 4 days period before the trip date, you need to cancel the original booking and make a new one. The handling charge is required.
- After less than 4 days until your trip date, we will charge the cancellation fee above for not only cancellation but also for changing the booking.
- If you cancel 4 days before the travel date, you will get a full refund, but a 6% handling charge is required.
